A Personal Touch

After working in Corporate America for over two decades I left the "corner office" to pursue a passion in the valuation of jewelry.  I became interested in jewelry and gemstone appraisals after watching a close friend work in this exciting and ever-changing industry.  After dipping my toe in the water for a bit, I decided to pursue my passion full time and haven't looked back!  Education has always been an important endeavor and Gemology is no different. I completed an extensive education program to become a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and chose membership in the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) to continue my education and credentials.  My goal is to provide an independent estimate of value that is not only accurate but clearly described in the appraisal report each and every time.  Gemology is like detective work in that we must take the time to observe, research, confirm and report information, to the best of our knowledge and ability, in a way that makes sense.

Jewelry is fashionable and owning fine jewelry defines us.  From the choice in metal (silver, gold, platinum, palladium) to the stones (diamonds, pearls, synthetic/natural and various colored gems), you make a statement in the fashion you wear.  Jewelry should make you look and feel your most beautiful!
